A valid card is required to be kept on file to reserve appointments. In the event of a cancellation, less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of all scheduled services. Less than 24 hours will result in a 75% charge. We understand that emergencies arise & each situation will be reviewed & determined case by case at owners discretion.
